Finance Manager – Corporate Finance & Investment (Part‑Time)

About the role

Beyondsoft is looking for a Finance Manager specialized in corporate finance and investment on a part‑time basis. The role serves as the single point of contact for external stakeholders and advisors, ensuring clear communication and delivering strategic financial proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the sole liaison for banks, tax authorities, auditors and other external parties.
• Coordinate with external professional advisors to gather insights and develop financial proposals.
• Advise senior management on financing strategies, capital allocation, cash‑flow planning, investment evaluation and tax structuring.
• Provide guidance on fund routing, foreign‑exchange strategies and payment infrastructure for Singapore and regional subsidiaries.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee financial aspects of external investment projects and portfolio companies, including performance analysis and dividend tracking.
• Support annual audits, due diligence and ensure full‑set accounting and tax compliance.

Required profile

• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance or banking, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.
• Experience in start‑ups, private equity/venture capital, family offices or asset management is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore financial regulations, tax compliance and reporting standards.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for regional collaboration and bilingual documentation.
