Finance Manager (Project Finance & FP&A)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Singapore team, overseeing the financial performance of large-scale projects and driving the FP&A function. You will be the primary owner of project numbers, providing analysis, reporting and business partnering for project and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project revenues, expenses, margins and overall P&L across assigned entities.
• Partner with project and operations teams to identify, investigate and report budget variances and financial risks.
• Oversee project billing schedules, milestone payments and cash-flow management, including loan repayments and working-capital requirements.
• Lead all FP&A activities such as quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, operational plan reviews and monthly variance analysis.
• Prepare financial, tax, statutory and ad-hoc reports for assigned entities.
• Act as the main contact for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion.
• Perform compliance checks on internal processes and contribute to ad-hoc system projects.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in project, construction, infrastructure or investment environments.
• Familiarity with SFRS(I) and regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies.
• Self-driven, meticulous and proactive with strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
