Finance Specialist – Full‑Set Accounting for Singapore Web3 Firm

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital assets company looking for a Finance Specialist to own the full‑set accounts of our Singapore entity. The role offers real autonomy, direct visibility to senior leadership and a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end full‑set accounting for a rapidly scaling Web3 business.
• Drive month‑end and year‑end close, preparing SFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Oversee GST filings, corporate tax, and ACRA/IRAS compliance, liaising with auditors and tax agents.
• Handle digital‑asset accounting, token transactions and crypto‑native finance processes.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on full‑set accounting experience, preferably in an SME or startup.
• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA qualification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax/regulatory requirements (GST, CPF, ACRA, IRAS).
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks or equivalent and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in Mandarin.
