Financial Analyst – Business Finance Support

About the role

The Finance Business Support team for the Enterprise Business BU is looking for a Financial Analyst to deliver timely, accurate financial analysis, insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting exercise, reviewing assumptions and highlighting risks.
• Conduct variance analysis of actual versus budget/forecast and present key findings.
• Ensure accurate month‑end closing and provide in‑depth performance analysis.
• Track and review BU costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Participate in sales target allocation, cost syndication, and product profitability analysis.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess initiative feasibility.
• Support business case reviews, answer finance‑related queries and advise on accounting implications.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as a financial advisor.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in Financial Planning & Analysis or audit.
• Meticulous, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
