Financial Analyst – FP&A & Business Partnering

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support FP&A and Finance Business Partnering for Customer Operations, delivering insightful analysis, budgeting, forecasting and helping drive operational and financial performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, long‑range plans and monthly management reports.
• Perform variance analysis, consolidate financial and operational data, and create dashboards for performance reviews.
• Partner with Customer Operations and other units to provide ad‑hoc analysis, support business cases, cost‑optimisation and investment evaluations.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement and automation opportunities across FP&A reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance of financial information, supporting audits and internal controls.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Relevant experience in FP&A and process improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
• Positive, proactive and self‑motivated attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools.
