Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – 12‑Month Renewable Contract

About the role

Our client, a leading international financial institution, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join its Finance team in Singapore on a 12‑month renewable contract. The role focuses on business‑as‑usual FP&A activities, delivering financial insights that support strategic decision‑making across the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and annual planning processes.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights into revenue, costs and profitability.
• Partner with business and Finance stakeholders on financial performance and planning.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls and automation.
• Prepare management presentations and support ad‑hoc financial analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience within the banking sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with finance and business partners to drive performance analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• TM1 or Cognos (or similar reporting tools).
