Financial Services Analyst – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Join our team as a Financial Services Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of finance services to the Marketing business. Working within the Finance Services team, you will help ensure accurate and efficient financial operations by managing and improving Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes, overseeing payments and receipts, supporting invoicing activities, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance financial systems and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Finance operations for ITP and ITC, including payments to and from vendors and customers, reviewing and approving payments, raising invoices, and ensuring transactions are recorded in line with financial controls and accounting policies.
• Collaborate with Risk, Group Shared Services and the wider Finance team to design, implement and document robust controls and processes that meet UKCR requirements.
• Design, execute and optimise processes to communicate transaction information to Group Shared Services, ensuring workflow controls and eliminating manual intervention.
• Support data capture through ITP and ITC processes to enable commercial decisions and new business initiatives.
• Execute transactional activity and record information in relevant systems.
• Assist in the preparation of GST returns.

Required profile

• Experience in Finance Operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Proven experience managing or supporting Invoice to Pay (ITP) and Invoice to Cash (ITC) processes.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, governance, and accounting policies.
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, and Shared Service teams.
