About the role

Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, guiding shoppers through product choices and store experiences.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage shipping and receiving duties.
- Maintain store presentation by stocking the floor, building visual displays, and performing cleaning tasks.
- Support daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functioning and participation in store events.
Required profile
- High school diploma (or pursuing one) and basic math skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical capability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb ladders and stand for extended periods.
- Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- One or more years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
