Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Mandarin/English)

About the role

Wiseasy is seeking a proactive full‑cycle Recruiter to lead hiring for technology, commercial, operations, and corporate functions across a global fintech environment. You will work closely with hiring managers and China‑based stakeholders, delivering a seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design structured interview processes.
• Build talent pipelines through direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent communities.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Liaise with China HQ and hiring managers, sourcing and assessing Mandarin‑speaking candidates for China‑facing positions.
• Keep ATS records accurate and generate regular reports on pipeline health and time‑to‑fill.
• Support employer branding initiatives, talent mapping, and continuous improvement of hiring processes.
• Assist with work‑pass and onboarding coordination in partnership with HR.

Required profile

• 0–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house or agency).
• Professional written and spoken Mandarin.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with direct candidate outreach.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Service‑oriented mindset toward candidates and hiring managers.
