Funds Lawyer (1-5 PQE) – International Law Firm

About the role

A leading international law firm is seeking a Funds Lawyer to join its Singapore team. The associate will work with sponsors, fund managers and institutional investors on the creation, structuring and ongoing management of private investment funds.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on formation, structuring and operation of private equity, venture capital, real estate and infrastructure funds.
• Draft and negotiate fund documentation and investor agreements.
• Handle regulatory matters and cross‑border transactions.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners on complex fund‑related projects.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years PQE at a reputable Singapore or international law firm.
• Qualified to the bar in Singapore, England & Wales or another common‑law jurisdiction.
• Experience in investment funds, private equity or asset management.
• Strong drafting, transactional and communication abilities.
• Commercially minded and able to thrive in a fast‑paced international environment.
