About the role
Mercer is seeking a Global Mobility Consultant / Senior Analyst to lead client accounts and manage end‑to‑end mobility portfolios from our Singapore office.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex mobility consulting projects, including program design, policy reviews, cost modeling and talent management.
- Provide strategic advice on global mobility policy, assignment costings, compensation data and expatriate management.
- Implement Mercer tools, data and systems for client solutions and support regional initiatives.
- Renew, prospect and expand clientele while supervising analyst support and cross‑selling mobility products.
Required profile
- Prior experience in global mobility consulting or in‑house roles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently and work in cross‑functional teams.
Required skills
- Technical knowledge of expatriate management, tax, immigration/relocation and assignment costings.
- Proficiency with mobility tools, data analysis and system deployment.
