About the role
Join Marsh's Talent and Transformation team in Singapore as an intern. You will work on consulting projects, translate data into HR insights, and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Remain curious and adaptable while supporting project delivery.
- Produce well‑researched deliverables.
- Collaboratively manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Assist in shaping strategies related to HR transformation, skills, job redesign, and employee engagement.
Required profile
- Current university student, preferably specializing in Human Resources (other backgrounds welcome).
- Available full‑time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting May 2027.
- A passion for learning about various areas of HR.
