Global Product Planner – Holistic Aligned Replenishment Planning

About the role

The Global Product Planner (HARP) is part of Roche's Global Planning team, responsible for ensuring product availability across affiliates in the most efficient way. The role drives replenishment strategies, manages master data, and orchestrates supply continuity through the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate robust affiliate supply plans based on demand inputs and define product‑based inventory strategies, including safety stock parameters.
• Track plan adherence, initiate corrective actions, and host affiliate planning alignment meetings within the S&OP framework.
• Review affiliate inventory projections, open orders, in‑transit shipments, and forecast performance to proactively avoid service or cost issues.
• Oversee product lifecycle and launch processes to prevent service impact, hub financial impact, and costly air shipments.
• Drive and manage globally managed inventory processes for assigned product portfolios and countries, ensuring automated, demand‑driven replenishment and optimized stock levels.
• Act as the primary liaison between affiliates and Global Planning Partners to guarantee seamless supply continuity across regional and central warehouses.
