About the role
The Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) unit advises Circles on global government engagements and regulatory matters while building partnerships with key policy stakeholders. This role supports the company’s strategic objectives by providing insight and guidance on policy developments worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct policy and legislative research that aligns with the team’s priorities and contributes to critical policy outcomes.
- Monitor and analyse regulatory and policy trends, synthesising information for internal audiences.
- Advise cross‑functional teams on regulatory requirements for new product launches and process enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to implement regulatory compliance solutions.
- Engage with government agencies and industry associations to develop partnership initiatives.
Required profile
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to engage in open dialogue.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to step outside comfort zones.
- Ability to pivot quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
