Government & Public Sector Practice Director

About the role

PwC South East Asia Consulting is looking for a Director, Government & Public Sector (G&PS) Practice. This is a market-facing leadership role accountable for business growth, client relationships and customer success across PwC's public sector portfolio, with a focus on revenue generation, senior stakeholder engagement and long-term client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close large public sector opportunities and drive go-to-market strategy across Singapore government agencies
• Build a pre-engaged pipeline through early client engagement and lead proposals, commercial positioning and partner alignment
• Build trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor on transformation priorities
• Own account strategy, engagement planning, client success and outcomes, and act as escalation point for delivery challenges
• Provide executive oversight of key programmes, manage risks with delivery teams and focus on outcomes
• Build relationships with system integrators and technology partners and drive co-sell and co-delivery strategies
• Own revenue and growth targets, manage pipeline and conversion rates, and drive profitability and account expansion

Required profile

• 15+ years in consulting or public sector
• Strong business development and sales experience
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of the Singapore public sector
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Government clearance required; work visa sponsorship available
