Group Financial Controller / CFO – SGX Listed Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Group Financial Controller / CFO to lead the finance function of a SGX Mainboard listed manufacturing group with operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Reporting to the CEO and Executive Chairman, you will be the senior finance executive, responsible for financial governance, reporting and strategic finance transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group finance function across Singapore and Malaysia, acting as the principal finance advisor to the CEO, Executive Chairman and Board.
• Oversee consolidation and timely, accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for SGX, statutory, management and Board requirements.
• Maintain a strong control environment, ensure regulatory compliance and manage external audit relationships.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and systems implementation, and streamline month‑end close processes.
• Improve manufacturing costing, inventory controls, product profitability analysis and working‑capital management.
• Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing finance team across the region.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Recognised professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in senior finance leadership within a multi‑entity, manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of financial reporting, consolidation and regulatory compliance for listed companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance transformation and ERP implementation projects.
