Group Fitness Instructor – Inspire Healthy Lifestyles

About the role

As a Group Fitness Instructor at Amore Fitness, you will lead energetic classes that motivate participants to adopt a healthier lifestyle. You will be part of a vibrant team that values continuous learning and personal growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group fitness classes across our island‑wide centres, ensuring a high‑energy, safe environment.
• Maintain punctuality for all scheduled classes, activities, meetings and events.
• Provide replacement sessions to avoid cancellations or class‑type changes.
• Take ownership of assigned permanent classes and consistently deliver quality instruction.
• Participate in performances for Amore events and roadshows.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and workshops to keep class quality high and learn new formats.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player with a passion for fitness.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability or willingness to teach/learn a variety of class types such as aerobics, HIIT, muscle conditioning, step, hip‑hop, belly dance, Pilates, kickboxing, Bollywood dance, jazz, etc.
