About the role
We are looking for a proactive Guest Relations Executive to join our front‑office team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check‑in and check‑out, and memorable stay experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and register arriving guests in line with hotel standards and procedures.
- Deliver courteous, efficient service and fulfill guest requests whenever possible.
- Process guest departures accurately and courteously.
- Own and resolve guest issues promptly, following established protocols and escalating to the Duty Manager when needed.
- Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, local attractions, events and services.
- Maintain positive relationships with all in‑house guests throughout their stay.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Familiarity with the Opera property management system.
