Head of IT and Infrastructure

About the role

As the head of IT and Infrastructure at BullionStar, you will own the entire technology estate that safeguards customers' wealth and enables daily high‑trust trading. This player‑coach position combines strategic leadership with hands‑on technical work, reporting to both the CTO and Deputy CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the internal IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design, build, maintain, and upgrade servers, systems, and networking across multiple locations.
• Own end‑to‑end network architecture, configuration, and complex troubleshooting, including Ubiquiti solutions.
• Lead a small, hands‑on IT team, set standards, unblock issues, and develop their skills.
• Manage IT security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, CCTV and physical‑access hardware.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection and resilience standards.

Required profile

• Middle‑management experience leading technical teams.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to dive into technical work.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership.
