Head of Logistics and Warehousing

About the role

This senior leadership position will drive end‑to‑end warehousing, inventory and logistics operations for a global logistics organisation in Singapore. You will build a scalable, high‑performing function from the ground up to support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full materials flow from supplier receipt to customer delivery, ensuring operational excellence across warehousing, inventory management, transportation, customs compliance and 3PL management.
• Develop and implement efficient operating processes, warehouse strategies and governance frameworks to optimise cost, service quality and risk.
• Leverage logistics technologies and data analytics to improve visibility, performance and resilience.
• Lead a sizable team of qualified professionals and drive cross‑functional transformation initiatives.
• Implement scalable systems and capabilities that enhance customer service and long‑term supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Seasoned operations leader with a proven track record in supply chain, logistics and warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, establish best practices and drive business performance.
• Experience in warehouse design and deployment of digital solutions is highly valued.
• Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for transformation.
