Head of Procurement

About the role

The Head of Procurement will lead the purchasing function across our retail outlets, ensuring that product and service sourcing aligns with company standards and supports business growth. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for driving performance, vendor relationships, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the purchasing team to meet departmental KPIs and maintain smooth outlet operations.
• Respond proactively to outlet requests, providing timely and effective support.
• Manage vendor relationships to secure products and services that meet company requirements and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum degree (any field).
• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and retail operations.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading a team.
• Proactive, responsive, and able to address operational needs swiftly.
