Home Loans Specialist

About the role
The Home Loans Specialist joins UOB's Core Banking team to grow the mortgage portfolio and deliver end‑to‑end loan advisory for retail customers. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation throughout the loan process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tailored loan advisory and solutions to meet customers' property financing needs.
- Acquire new customers through cold‑calling, referrals and participation in road shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff, property agents, lawyers and developers to generate referrals.
- Ensure all advisory procedures and documentation comply with UOB’s internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Recognised university degree or diploma.
- Prior experience in property or consumer mortgage sectors is highly preferred.
- Results‑oriented, dynamic and self‑driven with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; occasional weekend work may be required.
