HR Business Partner / HR Specialist – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Business Partner / HR Specialist to join our regional HR team in Singapore. The role supports business operations across multiple regions, requiring occasional travel, and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and regional stakeholders on HR matters.
• Deliver full‑spectrum HR services including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and HR operations.
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to meet regional hiring needs.
• Participate in organization development, talent management and employee engagement programmes.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes and systems.
• Coordinate regional HR projects and cross‑country initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in full‑spectrum HR, recruitment or organization development.
• Prior experience in multinational corporations or large organisations is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Mature, hands‑on, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel overseas, including to West Africa, when required.
