About the role
As an HR Digital Specialist supporting the Asia Pacific region at Airbus, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation. You will act as a Digital and AI Orchestrator and Change Agent, deploying innovative AI solutions that modernise how HR data is managed and leveraged across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Study, explore, propose and deploy AI agents, chatbots, digital workers and machine‑learning models to automate HR workflows such as sentiment analysis, talent acquisition optimisation and workforce planning.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and data analysts to translate business needs into technical AI requirements.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and insights that inform AI model development.
- Monitor, evaluate, audit and fine‑tune deployed AI models to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Design, build, buy and maintain middleware layers (e.g., between Workday and local payroll) and robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, reconcile and store HR data from APIs, databases and flat files.
- Optimise data architecture and databases for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and data professionals as the technical focal point for HR data integration.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, GDPR, EU AI Act and internal AI Governance frameworks.
- Provide technical training and support to HR team members and ensure tools pass capability gates before go‑live.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions for HR or related domains.
- Strong understanding of data governance, GDPR, Responsible AI and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to work closely with HR, IT and data teams across a multi‑country region.
Required skills
- Development and deployment of AI agents, chatbots and digital workers.
- Machine‑learning model creation, fine‑tuning and monitoring.
- Exploratory data analysis and insight generation.
- Middleware integration between HR systems (e.g., Workday) and payroll platforms.
