About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join a dynamic HR team in Singapore. Reporting to the HR leadership, you will manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities and act as a trusted HR partner for multiple business units.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, contract preparation, work‑pass administration, system updates and employee set‑up.
- Manage probation confirmations, fixed‑term contract renewals, transfers, retirements and off‑boarding.
- Provide practical HR guidance on performance management, disciplinary matters and employee engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR data across HRIS, generate workforce reports and support analytics.
- Assist with internal and external audits and ensure compliance with local employment legislation.
Required profile
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and work‑pass processes.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and partner with operational stakeholders.
Required skills
- SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS platform).
