HR Specialist – Total Rewards (Pharma) – 18‑Month Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Total Rewards Excellence team on an 18‑month contract. Based in Buona Vista, Singapore, you will support the compensation and benefits strategy for our Japan, Australia & New Zealand operations, covering roughly 2,600 employees across the pharmaceutical and medical aesthetics business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for routine Compensation & Benefits inquiries from Business HR and Talent Acquisition.
• Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and maintain market composites using Comp Analyst software.
• Prepare internal and external compensation offers, sign‑on bonus and LTI buyout calculations.
• Perform cyclical audits of compensation data in Workday and support Pay Equity reporting.
• Lead analytical and operational support for Annual Rewards Planning, including data audits, RPT system testing, and salary structure preparation.
• Gather market data, develop merit recommendations, and assist with benefit policy and contract renewals for assigned countries.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of compensation and benefits concepts and administration.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting multi‑country Total Rewards programs, preferably in the pharma sector.
