About the role
Sport Singapore is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to act as a strategic HR advisor for its business units. The role will align people strategies with organisational priorities, ensuring a capable, engaged and high‑performing workforce that supports the nation’s active lifestyle mission.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and talent acquisition to meet current and future needs.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent‑pipeline development, including participation in career fairs and outreach events.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including coaching, counselling and annual appraisal calibration.
- Provide employee‑relations support, advise on HR policies and act as a point of contact for staff concerns, collaborating with specialist teams to deliver solutions.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated individual with a strong interest in HR business partnering.
