About the role
The St. Regis Singapore is seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator/Executive to support daily HR operations and provide excellent service to employees and candidates. This full‑time position works on‑site at the hotel and reports to HR management.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems for employee records.
- Draft and type office correspondence and distribute mail.
- Order, track and replenish HR office supplies and forms.
- Answer phone calls, record messages and greet guests professionally.
- Create new employee personnel files and ensure accurate maintenance of records such as interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and keep the application area clean and accessible.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs and guidelines.
- Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and property records.
- Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least one year of related HR or administrative work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
