Human Resources Generalist

About the role

MetaComp is looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Human Resources Generalist to support and optimise people operations across the organisation. You will play a critical part in managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, and driving operational efficiency throughout the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, visa administration, mobility and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems and databases.
• Coordinate employment contracts, probation confirmations, transfers and other HR documentation.
• Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, benefits coordination and employee records management.
• Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, onboarding status and workforce metrics.
• Maintain HR trackers and support audit, compliance and organisational reporting requirements.
• Analyse HR operational data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support manpower planning and HR reporting needs.
• Identify and implement simplifications to HR workflows and employee experience.
• Assist in the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, dashboards, automation tools and process documentation such as SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
