Senior People Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and agile People Operations Executive to drive HR operational excellence across the talent lifecycle. You will ensure data integrity, strict compliance, and a frictionless employee experience while building scalable, automated processes.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage new‑hire data in the ATS, trigger workflows, and transition candidates to employees.
• Collect, audit and follow up on mandatory documentation for early‑childhood educator registration and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate pre‑employment medical screenings, review reports and escalate issues to the TA Lead.
• Generate offer letters and contracts via Adobe Sign in partnership with recruiters.
• Serve as the central onboarding contact, communicating first‑day details to new hires and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee movement records (promotions, transfers, terminations) in the HRIS.
• Create and audit digital Personnel Files (P‑Files) ensuring confidentiality and audit readiness.
• Manage the HR Shared Services mailbox, resolving second‑tier employee inquiries within SLAs.
• Administer work passes, handling applications, renewals and appeals in compliance with MOM guidelines.
