职位概况
我们正在扩充模拟芯片团队，招聘模拟IC设计工程师，方向可选高速接口、显示驱动或小尺寸屏幕等。负责基于CMOS工艺的模拟电路研发。
主要职责
- 基于CMOS工艺完成Bandgap、LDO、PLL、ADC、DAC、AFE、CDR等模拟电路的设计。
- 独立进行电路模块的仿真验证。
- 指导或完成版图（layout）工作。
- 支持芯片的测试与验证。
任职要求
- 集成电路或微电子相关专业，硕士及以上学历。
- 具备模拟/数模混合IC设计经验，熟悉常用EDA工具。
- 有高压电路或高速接口设计经验者优先。
- 工作积极主动，具备良好的学习、沟通和团队合作能力。
必备技能
- Bandgap、LDO、PLL、ADC、DAC、AFE、CDR电路设计
- CMOS工艺
- EDA仿真工具（如Cadence、Mentor等）
- 版图布局（layout）
- 高压电路或高速接口经验（可选）
