Impact Investing Research and Ecosystem Development

About the role

CIIP is seeking a motivated professional to lead industry research, ecosystem development and capital mobilisation initiatives that advance impact investing across Asia. The role will support the centre’s mission to generate public‑good insights, analyse catalytic capital solutions and design programmes that strengthen the impact investing ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute research projects that provide actionable insights for impact investors and corporates.
• Analyse and model catalytic capital mechanisms that mobilise private capital toward measurable social and environmental outcomes.
• Develop and manage programmes, workshops and partnerships that build capacity within the impact investing community.
• Engage with stakeholders across the capital spectrum, including corporates, philanthropists, investors and UNDP partners.
• Produce reports, policy briefs and knowledge‑sharing materials for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Passion for impact investing, sustainable development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Required skills
