Intern, Project Development Analyst

About the role

JCI is looking for an Analyst intern to work closely with the Head of Project and Bid Development, APAC. You will support the APAC businesses in developing and winning major projects across the region, gaining exposure to the bid process, large deals and emerging industry trends such as sustainability and data centers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze current work processes and identify improvements within the Bid Management Process
• Compile, track and analyze the major projects opportunity list for the APAC region in PowerBI, covering progress, risks, escalations and opportunities
• Work with the cross-functional bid team (sales and commercial, engineering, project operations, services, procurement) to ensure bid collaterals meet JCI's standards
• Work with the bid lead and bid team on bid documentation, proposal development and governance before submission

Required profile

• Pursuing a master's or degree in business, engineering or data science and analytics
• Interest in business processes, program management, risk management and problem solving
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good learning attitude and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
