Investment Group Support Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

About the role

The Investment Group Support Coordinator is a trusted partner to investors, strengthening the investment process through proactive coordination, relationship management, anticipating investor needs, workflow optimization and technology adoption. The role focuses on increasing investor capacity and effectiveness by using emerging AI tools, connecting with corporates and external providers, supporting investment team committees and improving information flow across the Capital System. It is a 12-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Create investor capacity by coordinating complex logistics, improving workflows and enabling timely access to internal and external stakeholders
• Act as a connector across the Capital System, sharing information between investors, Corporate Access, METS, Technology, Sales and other teams
• Independently resolve service issues with sound judgment and structured problem solving
• Manage complex scheduling, travel and logistics with discretion, aligned to investor priorities
• Build relationships with external providers and corporate contacts, keeping investors top of mind for access
• Coordinate investor interactions with corporates, research providers, industry experts, sales teams and other stakeholders
• Organize investment group calls and committee meetings, including scheduling, material preparation and execution
• Use AI and emerging technologies to improve meeting preparation, information synthesis, workflow automation and efficiency
• Share best practices, support peer learning and contribute to projects, recruiting and initiatives that foster innovation

Required profile

• 5+ years of administrative or operational experience
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of high-quality output and problem solving
• Clear, professional communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder priorities
• Service mindset focused on responsiveness and teamwork

Required skills

• Proficiency with technology, systems and AI tools
• Familiarity with Concur, FactSet, the Microsoft suite and Copilot preferred
