Investment Operations Senior Officer

About the role

The NTU Investment Office is seeking an Investment Operations Senior Officer to join its middle‑office team at the One‑North campus in Singapore. The role supports the execution of the university’s multi‑billion, multi‑asset investment strategy and ensures smooth operational oversight of the fund.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and execute complex investment transactions across multiple asset classes.
• Manage trade documentation and perform reconciliations.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, forecasting and projections.
• Monitor compliance and maintain relationships with counterparties.
• Support portfolio risk‑management activities.
• Prepare performance reports and analytical insights.
• Maintain and enhance investment databases and records.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of professional experience, including 2‑3 years in a relevant investment‑operations role.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with external service providers and stakeholders across front and back offices.
