Investor Relations Director – Singapore Institutional Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Director to lead our Singapore investor coverage. The role focuses on raising capital for global private market mandates, working closely with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurers, private banks and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full fundraising lifecycle for private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real‑asset funds in Singapore.
• Origin, pitch and close capital commitments from institutional and high‑net‑worth investors.
• Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with key allocators, including sovereign wealth funds, GLCs, insurers and family offices.
• Deliver fund presentations, lead investor meetings, coordinate roadshows and manage due‑diligence processes to closing.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic feedback to global fund managers to shape product positioning for the Singapore market.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in institutional sales, investor relations or capital raising with a proven track record of closing commitments.
• Established network of Singapore‑based allocators and deep understanding of their decision‑making processes.
• Strong sales orientation focused on direct distribution and capital placement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present to CIOs and investment committees.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
