IT Executive (Infrastructure & User Support)

About the role

Kingsmen is looking for a hands-on IT Executive to join its IT team in Singapore (HQ) on a permanent basis. The role covers the organisation's IT infrastructure, network, servers, endpoint security, cybersecurity and Level 2/3 user support, and suits someone who enjoys troubleshooting and taking ownership of issues from start to closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
• Support servers, Hyper-V, network, Wi-Fi and firewall infrastructure
• Monitor system availability, performance, patching and infrastructure health
• Manage endpoint security, patch management, encryption and device security controls
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, suspicious activity and security incidents
• Support vulnerability assessment and remediation, and monitor backup operations with recovery/restore testing
• Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated user, system and connectivity issues
• Support user access, onboarding/offboarding and Microsoft 365 administration
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure and IT projects
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams and system records for internal reviews and audits

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
• Around 1-3 years of hands-on IT experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, able to handle infrastructure and end-user issues independently
• Responsible, proactive and able to follow issues through to closure
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices

• Sophos or other endpoint security/EDR solutions, SonicWall/FortiGate or similar firewalls
• ManageEngine or similar IT management platforms, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft Defender
• Security log monitoring, VAPT and IT audit or cybersecurity compliance activities
• Certifications such as Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, CompTIA or VMware are an advantage
