Junior Campaign Executive

About the role

AKA is an integrated communications agency in Singapore, part of Publicis Groupe, that creates creative campaigns for clients locally, regionally and globally. As a Junior Campaign Executive at AKA Asia, you will orchestrate integrated campaigns from idea to execution across social, digital, experiential and content platforms, acting as a bridge between client management, creative execution and social media strategy. The role covers end-to-end campaign delivery on owned and earned channels, with ownership of standard account management functions.

Key responsibilities

• Craft social media and digital campaign strategies from brand objectives, keeping up with platform updates and emerging formats
• Oversee the content lifecycle so output fits best practice on TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
• Contribute proactively to strategy and planning, lead brainstorming and work with creative and production teams on social-first concepts
• Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, timelines, resources and feedback, within budget
• Collaborate across agency hubs and guide and support junior team members such as Content Creators
• Act as day-to-day lead for client communications, advising clients on social media best practices and guiding campaign concepts
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisation and account growth opportunities

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship experience in social media, digital marketing, advertising, account management or campaign execution is ideal
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to support client and stakeholder interactions
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables, timelines and priorities
• Proactive, adaptable and able to take feedback positively
