Junior Legal Associate – TMT (Singapore)

About the role
Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to join its Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Singapore. The role offers exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious cross‑border matters in intellectual property and TMT law.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in handling TMT transactions and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on IP, media and technology issues.
- Support dispute resolution matters, including preparation of pleadings and case files.
- Draft contracts, memoranda, and other legal documents for cross‑border engagements.
- Liaise with clients and external counsel on multi‑jurisdictional projects.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in Singapore.
- Qualified solicitor in Singapore.
- Demonstrated experience in dispute resolution, IP or TMT matters.
- Strong academic background.
