Junior Legal Counsel – International Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Legal Counsel to join our International Operations legal team in Singapore. The role offers the chance to work on commercial agreements and provide legal advice for a fast‑growing travel technology platform operating across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements for Traveloka’s operations, primarily in Singapore and Australia.
• Conduct legal research and prepare advice on cross‑border operational matters.
• Support the International Operations legal team on ad‑hoc projects and initiatives.
• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the business model, commercial objectives and contract performance.
• Advise business units on commercial claims and contract compliance.

Required profile

• Law degree from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in a law firm or multinational corporation.
• Growth mindset with interest in technology platforms and the travel industry.
• Strong communication, drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English; proficiency in an additional Asia‑Pacific language is a plus.
