About the role
We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join the Singapore office of a US‑headquartered investment firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified lawyer to make a first move in‑house, working in a truly international and fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on a broad range of cross‑border matters, including corporate and M&A transactions.
- Collaborate closely with business units to support commercial initiatives.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting the firm’s operations in Singapore and abroad.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience.
- Background in Corporate/M&A work.
- Commercial mindset with strong communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
