Lead Executive (Planning), Planning & Risk Management Dept

About the role

Nanyang Polytechnic is hiring a Lead Executive for its Planning & Risk Management Department. You will support the institution's strategic direction by managing and analysing performance data, building dashboards and reporting systems, and turning insights into recommendations for leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Performance tracking and analysis: manage the collection and reporting of performance data and strategic indicators, and help improve management processes, procedures and systems.
• Dashboards and reporting: build and maintain dashboards and data reporting systems.
• Performance analysis: analyse performance data so that the whole institution stays aligned and leadership can make decisions on strategy, risk and operations.
• Event and secretariat support: organise and run events and meetings within the department's scope, and handle administrative functions such as finance and procurement.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a team, collaborate with stakeholders and work independently.
• Prior public sector experience is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Comfortable handling data and able to draw insights from a wide range of data and information.
• Able to summarise key issues from data and write in a structured manner.
