Legal Associate – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

STUDIO LEGALE LLC is seeking a motivated Legal Associate to join its team of practitioners focused on delivering practical legal solutions to corporate and individual clients. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional matters within a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, legal opinions and other documentation.
• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, regulatory and transactional issues.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence and provide practical advice.
• Support dispute‑resolution efforts and assist in court proceedings.
• Maintain legal templates, policies, registers and compliance documentation.
• Manage own case files, ensure timely progress and assist in client relationship management.
• Attend court sessions and support lead counsel during trials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a university recognised by the Singapore Institute of Legal Education.
• Called to the Singapore Bar (NQ – up to 3 years PQE).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible, honest and a collaborative team player.
