Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a Legal Consultant specializing in commercial contracts to join Axiom’s on‑demand legal talent network. You will work with large multinational clients, providing strategic legal advice and handling complex agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, IP licensing, software, supply, procurement and NDAs.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on commercial transactions to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to align legal strategies with business goals.
• Identify potential legal risks in commercial operations and propose mitigation solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with service agreements, IP licensing, software, supply and procurement contracts, and NDAs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
