Legal Consultant (Vietnamese Speaker)

About the role

Axiom is seeking a Vietnamese‑speaking Legal Consultant to join its on‑demand legal talent pool. The role supports Fortune 500 clients from Singapore, providing commercial legal advice that aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with legal and business teams of F500 clients to deliver commercially‑focused support.
• Provide practical transactional advice while aligning with client goals and initiatives.
• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements across multiple business lines.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the latest regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and offer solutions for corporate policy matters as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Native‑level fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
