About the role
We are seeking a Legal Coordinator / Paralegal to serve as the primary legal touchpoint for our Asia‑Pacific operations. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the General Counsel and collaborate on global projects, providing cross‑border legal support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct first‑level reviews of standard commercial agreements and support the contract lifecycle.
- Maintain and update contract templates and related documentation.
- Assist with legal and compliance initiatives, including policy rollouts and data‑protection coordination.
- Partner with regional teams and headquarters on cross‑functional projects.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a legal or compliance setting.
- Paralegal qualification, legal administration background, or equivalent experience (law degree not required).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones.
