Legal Counsel – M&A & Funds

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing infrastructure investment firm focused on digital infrastructure and energy. The newly created Legal Counsel position will provide strategic legal support for investment, fund‑related and corporate transactions as the business expands regionally.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, negotiating and executing investment and M&A transactions.
• Draft and review a wide range of commercial and transactional agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on regulatory, governance and risk‑management matters.
• Collaborate closely with investment, finance and senior leadership teams to align legal solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• LLB or equivalent legal qualification and admission to practice in a recognised jurisdiction.
• Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience, preferably with a reputable law firm.
• Hands‑on experience advising on private funds and/or M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to deliver commercially pragmatic advice in a fast‑paced environment.
