Legal Counsel – South Asia (Singapore)

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a Legal Counsel to support its South Asia operations from Singapore. The role provides strategic legal advice across finance, operations, e‑commerce and other functions while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal support to all business units in South Asia, covering Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, India, Australia & New Zealand.
• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial and regulatory agreements, including corporate, distribution, licensing, service and logistics contracts.
• Manage leasing documentation, tenancy agreements and related variations.
• Handle commercial disputes and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Monitor legislative changes, manage compliance projects (product compliance, consumer protection, AML, corporate governance) and provide training.
• Oversee data‑privacy compliance, draft data‑processing agreements, update privacy policies and conduct risk assessments.
