Legal Executive – Contract & IP Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Executive to join a multinational corporation located at Raffles Place. The role focuses on commercial contract management and intellectual property support, with occasional travel across the ASEAN region.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and revise commercial contracts using in‑house templates.
• Provide legal advice, identify risks and support compliance and governance matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel when specialised advice is required.
• Manage IP matters, including registration, protection and infringement response.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Law (or equivalent legal qualification).
• 3–8 years of experience in legal roles, preferably contract‑focused.
• Business‑level Mandarin proficiency for communication and document handling.
• Proven experience with distribution, licensing, franchise and other commercial agreements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong contract drafting and review capabilities.
• Solid understanding of commercial risk assessment.
• Familiarity with IP rights management (trademark, copyright) is advantageous.
