Legal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Legal Manager to support our global game development, publishing and operations teams. You will work closely with product, marketing and operations stakeholders to provide practical legal advice, manage risk and ensure compliant growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, publishing, marketing and operations teams on legal and compliance matters.
• Provide legal advice throughout the product lifecycle, from development to launch and live operations.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, licensing, marketing, technology and vendor agreements.
• Advise on gaming regulations, consumer protection, payments, advertising and platform requirements.
• Support data‑privacy, AI governance, content moderation and user‑facing policy issues.
• Manage intellectual‑property matters, regulatory enquiries, disputes and investigations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and develop internal legal policies, templates and training.

Required profile

• Law degree and qualification to practice in a recognised jurisdiction.
• Relevant legal experience in a law firm or in‑house legal team.
• Experience in gaming, technology, entertainment or digital platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and data privacy.
• Strong business judgement, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple matters independently.
• Proficiency in English for legal drafting and business communication.
